Membership
Subscription and Application Criteria
All membership subscriptions are paid yearly in advance. The club’s financial year commences on the 31st of March and all subscriptions are due within one calendar month of this date.
Regardless of the date of admission, new club members must pay the full annual subscription and any other fees as set from time to time at each annual meeting.
All subscriptions are to be paid to reception only. Please do not be offended if your subscription payment is declined by bar staff.
The information given on our application forms is for the sole purpose of maintaining the Hamilton Workingmen’s Club Inc. membership list. In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act, personal information will not be divulged to any other person without permission in writing by the applicant. Any false information on application forms will automatically warrant cancellation of club membership.

To apply for membership to the Hamilton Workingmen's Club, please click here to download a Membership Application Form. Once you have printed it out and filled it in please hand deliver or post your application along with appropriate payment to the club.
Applications will not proceed until membership fees are paid.

7.1 All subscriptions shall be paid yearly in advance.
7.2 The subscription year of the club shall commence on the 31st March in each year and subscription shall be payable within one calendar month of that date.
7.3 New members to the Club will pay the full annual subscription and other fees as from time to time set at each Annual General Meeting regardless of the date of being admitted.
